The Company

General manager of the company is Mario Happich, a graduate construction engineer.

Today the company has 3 areas of business:

1. Engineering Office

• construction supervision of turnkey objects
• making surveys and construction progress reports
• consulting of building owners during the project planning phase, tendering and the placement of orders

2. Property development

• acquisition of land
• clearing development rights
• active marketing of properties

Reference projects exist in Saxony and on the Isle of Rügen

3. Building company Mario Happich

• typical activities of a building company which are specified in detail at “Button”

In the main area of business, the building company, we have 10 employees. The employees are all highly qualified and skilled craftsman trained as bricklayers, plasterers and construction machine operators. In the building company we train apprentices in the above named skills.

All our employees are of course remunerated at and above currrent construction industry tariffs.
